Amy Chance

Amy Chance has been examining title and rendering opinions for the Firm since June 2016. Her primary responsibilities include title examination and the preparation of Original and Supplemental Drilling Title Opinions, Division Order Title Opinions and Curative and Title Updates. After law school, Amy worked as an independent field landman in South Texas and was responsible for building runsheets, due diligence reports, mineral ownership reports, and curative research. She also conducted stand-up title examination in various counties in South, East, and West Texas and rendered title opinions for San Antonio firms. Amy is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
